Time to Establish 1 Rep Max


Next Wednesday and Friday, that’s September 2nd and 4th, come to the gym and find your 1 Rep Max for the following lifts:

  • Back Squat,
  • Front Squat,
  • Bench Press,
  • Should Press,
  • Deadlift, and
  • Power Clean

This is preparation for special competition starting September 9th, 2015.
