CrossFit is a mix of weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning. Our trainers are able to work with people of all fitness levels. At CFSD, after a complimentary assessment session, we prepare you for our CrossFit classes with a fundamentals package based on your needs and comfort level.
Our classes are one hour long. They include coaching, programming and varied daily workouts. We also run gymnastics, barbell and open gym time slots throughout the week. We recommend most people train 3 – 5 days per week.
One very common reason people walk through our doors is boredom of their existing routine. It is part of our coaches job to make sure that you:
- Are training safely.
- Are able to challenge yourself as your work capacity and skill level increases.
Many people that train at CFSD were at one point very new to training and CrossFit. Often they are looking to manage weight, stress, job performance and many other important parts of their lives. Others come to us because they are interested in pursuing CrossFit as a sport. Our experienced coaching team is here to guide you into to what could be uncharted territory for you.
