Christmas “Fight Gone Bad” Workout

This Saturday, December 12th, 2015, starting at 2 PM we’ll be holding our second annual “Fight Gone Bad” Christmas Season benchmark workout.  If you’re not sure what that means, it is:

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

Come out and work out or just come out to cheer the athletes on!

There will be no 9:30 am class.
