This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.
Men – 135lb; Women – 95lb; Master’s Men – 115lb; Master’s Women – 65lb
Jason just threw down a score of 21…he put 135lbs overhead (his body weight) 12 times! Very impressive…congratulations Jason!! Update: Cheryl just threw down a score of 21 as well. This is a personal best for her as well…I am so f*&$%ing impressed with you two!!
