Health and Fitness was always an interest for Ben Borg, who’s own journey within the industry has been anything but orthodox – from 120kg teen – 85kg class Olympic Weightlifter, Ben specializes in helping those looking to make the big lifestyle changes.

What started as a hobby, looking for ways to improve his own health and fitness, quickly turned into a passion and he was always eager to share what he had learnt with those around him.

After a brief hiatus in the corporate sector, Ben found himself wanting to dedicate his life to his true passion – helping others in any way possible to regain control of their health and achieve a life they love to live.

With a background in functional bodybuilding, Ben enjoys finding different ways to push those he works with in a manner that is both challenging and enjoyable – from first time gym goers to the experienced athlete, and takes immense pride in seeing his clients achieve their goals.

Outside the gym, Ben loves to watch every kind of football, read and experiment in the kitchen.
