Alex Anderson has been sharing yoga with others for the last 4 years. She initially completed her 200 hour yoga certification with no intention of teaching, but rather as a way to be better prepared and knowledgeable when running a yoga studio.
Her plans changed when she understood how yoga was able to improve students quality of life; by better connecting them to their bodies, other people, their surroundings and bringing them into the present moment.
Alex began teaching immediately, searching for ways to honor the individuality of each human body while uniting them with their own true nature.
Her intention is to use breath centered movement to open students up to this power, the power that is seen everyday through the ways people conduct themselves, and can be accessed through self discovery, discipline, stillness and connection.
