I have been talking about the Gut And Psychology Syndrome (GAPS) protocol lately. Developed by Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride, it is a protocol that heals your gut lining and repopulates your gut with beneficial bacteria. Beneficial bacteria help support our digestive system, our immune system (80-85% of our imune system lies in the gut), and therefore, our systemic health. If our guts are not healthy, then the rest of us will not be either! In this video Dr Cambell-McBride shares recommended foods for the GAPS diet, as well as foods not allowed.
